Sleeping DogIt's my New Year's Resolution, "Wake up at 7am" daily. I think it was somewhere during my college career that corrupted my ability to wake up at a reasonable time. This year I've resolved to learn exactly what helps one wake up earlier and publish my findings.

Why am I doing this?  

I have found that I don't have enough time in my current day to complete all the tasks that need to be completed.  I think waking up earlier, in turn making my day a little longer, will be just enough time to get what I need done.

What I'm doing right now

I've already cut out caffeine from my diet and am placing my alarm clock on the opposite end of the room, but my bed keeps calling my name and I, like an addict to sleep, always answer with my head in a pillow! See what I had to say about Day 1.

I need your help. Leave me a message with some the things you do to wake up in the morning. I'll take the best ones and try them out for a week, each day posting a video and quick blog post summarizing the effects your ideas have on me!

True, it might not be the most scientific way of finding the secret to waking up, but we'll have some fun and possibly find "real"solutions.
